15W / 1000kW/W * 24hr/D * $0.005kWh = $0.0018/router per day
5000 routers * $0.0018 = $9/day * 365d/y = $3285/year

I think the absolute worst case "screw you" billing scenario would put it at &#60;$20k/year</description>
